Thank you for enrolling in a course via https://mbmusicacademy.org, owned and operated by MB Music Academy (MBMA). We stand by the quality of our courses and training material and want our students to have a good experience with MBMA. In case you happen to change your mind after paying the course fees or find it difficult attend a batch on the given date and/or time, we offer a Refund or an Exchange (Rescheduling) as per our Policy below.

Refund Policy

Any refunds requested after payment of course fees must be done 7 days prior to commencement of the batch.

Please note that we charge a 5% administrative fee for processing a refund request and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you have availed a referral discount when making the payment for a course, 5% administrative fee will be charged on the discounted course fees paid. The same will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you have availed a group discount when making the payment for a course, 10% administrative fee will be charged on the discounted course fees paid regardless of individual or group cancelations. The same will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange (Rescheduling) Policy

Any modifications made to your enrolment in a batch must be done 3 working days prior to commencement of the batch.

If you are unable to attend a batch on the given date and/or time, you may ask to be rescheduled to another batch at least 3 working days prior to commencement of the original batch.

If you want to change an online batch to an offline batch or vice versa, you may ask for a modification at least 3 working days prior to commencement of the original batch.

No modifications in enrolment will be allowed after the stipulated time has passed. You cannot ask to be moved to a different batch (either ongoing or future) from your current batch or ask to pause an ongoing batch once the stipulated time has passed.

Other Requests

If there are any other requests or unforeseen circumstances not covered above, MBMA reserves the right to make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
